The website famylio.com and the Famylio platform are hosted exclusively on servers located within the European Union, ensuring compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) regarding data localisation.

5 Intellectual Property
All elements comprising the Famylio website — texts, graphics, logos, icons, photographs, images, videos, sounds, software, databases, architecture, source code and object code — are the exclusive property of MOLDEREZ-CONSULT SRL or its licensors, and are protected by:
— The Belgian Copyright Act (incorporated into Book XI of the Code of Economic Law)
— European Directive 2001/29/EC on the harmonisation of copyright
— The Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works
— Any other applicable national and international intellectual property legislation
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission, distortion, adaptation or exploitation of all or part of the website elements, by any means or process whatsoever (including caching, framing, scraping or deep linking), is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of MOLDEREZ-CONSULT SRL.

Famylio and its associated logo are trademarks of MOLDEREZ-CONSULT SRL, protected by Regulation (EU) 2017/1001 on the European Union trade mark and the Benelux Convention on Intellectual Property (BCIP).
Any use, reproduction or imitation of these trademarks, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited and constitutes infringement within the meaning of Article 2.20 of the BCIP.
7 Liability
MOLDEREZ-CONSULT SRL endeavours to ensure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of information published on the website. However, it cannot guarantee that the information is free from errors, omissions or up to date at all times.

In accordance with Book XVI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, MOLDEREZ-CONSULT SRL participates in good faith in any mediation procedure initiated by a consumer.
11 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These legal notices and the entire Famylio website are governed by Belgian law.
In the event of a dispute between MOLDEREZ-CONSULT SRL and a professional, the courts of the judicial district of Brussels (Belgium) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute with a consumer residing in the European Union, the consumer may, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012, bring proceedings before the courts of their habitual residence or the Belgian courts.
These provisions do not affect the rights enjoyed by consumers under the mandatory legislation of their country of residence.
12 Severability
If any provision of these legal notices is declared null, invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalidated provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
