Family data: information voluntarily entered in modules (calendar, tasks, health, documents, etc.).

4 Retention Periods

Active account data: retained for the duration of the contractual relationship.
After account deletion: anonymised or deleted within 30 days.
Billing data: retained for 7 years per Belgian legal obligations.
Connection logs: retained for 12 months.

Your data is never sold. It may be shared with technical sub-processors (hosting providers, payment processors, transactional email services) — all bound by GDPR-compliant data processing agreements. No transfers outside the EEA occur without appropriate safeguards.
